Warranties are based on manufacturer standards and are different from brand to brand. If given, the products warranty information is available on the detail page of the product. If you need further information, please ask Customer Care.

MSDS stands for Material & Safety Data Sheet.
What happens if I order an out of stock item?
Faison Customer Care will notify you the same business day that the order was placed via email or phone. You can choose to either wait on the item, or select a substitute item.

How do I retrieve an invoice?
You can retrieve an invoice online by logging in and clicking on ‘Order Status’. From the Order Status screen, you search for your order and select ‘Print Invoice’ from the review screen.
How do I earn tax-exempt status?
You can fax your tax-exempt certificate to Faison at 888-500-3388.
How much printing will I get from a typical cartridge?
You can determine this amount by looking at the “yield” number listed on your toner cartridge box. Typically photos, charts and graphics use more ink than standard text documents.
If I buy extra cartridges now to save money, how long can I store them?
Typically sealed toner can last anywhere from 12-24 months. Unsealed toner lasts 3-6 months.
Is there any harm in running completely dry on ink?
Yes. Inkjet print heads can overheat and be ruined, and nozzles can dry, causing actual machine damage. It is best to replace the cartridge while there's still some ink left.
Are remanufactured cartridges equal in quality to originals?

How can I be more environmentally friendly with my toner usage?
Faison offers a toner recycling program through Link 360. We will ship pre-labeled boxes to your facility. Once those boxes are full with recycled toner, our delivery driver will pick up the pre-labeled boxes for recycling. Please click (here) to sign up.

What is ‘acid free’ paper?
Acid free paper is a type of specialty paper that has a pH of 7 (neutral). This paper is especially helpful when archiving records, printing fine art, scrapbooking or limited edition printing.
