Returns:

Faison has a standard 30 day return policy on all items that are unopened and in re-sellable condition. Boxes cannot be written on or marked.

Furniture is non-returnable after 10 days of the invoice date.  The original furniture boxes are required on all furniture returns.  Furniture that has been opened and assembled is non returnable.
